Turkey Tacos

I was feeling sorry for my husband tonight with all the "weird" food that I have been making, so I made his favorite, Turkey Tacos. This is one of our families "Go To Meals". It's simple, fast and I always have these ingredients on hand.

Prep: 5 min. Total: 20 min.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning, plus 3/4 cup water
2 cups shredded cheese
taco shells
flour tortillas

Brown turkey in skillet.

Mix in 3/4 cup of water and taco seasoning packet.

Fill taco shells or tortillas with seasoned meat and shredded cheese. You can add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and/or sour cream.

Makes about 2 meals for my family.

Verdict:

Laura - Thumbs Up - I like this meal because it is fast and simple.

Randy - Thumbs Up - I could eat these everyday.

Nathan - Thumb Sideways - These are hard for Nathan to eat. I made him a soft taco and then cut it up, so he could eat it with a fork. He ate half of a taco and a fruit cup.

Leftovers: The turkey reheats well in the microwave.
